The beef rib is obtained from the front part of the loin: it is similar to a steak in shape, but without the fillet comparable to the classic Florentine steak. The bone is different in shape and size: the rib in particular is much larger than the rear part from which the Florentine steak is obtained.
This delicious steak is one of the most delicious fresh cuts, obtained from the best Podolica cattle from Puglia raised by Querceta. In fact, within their farm, in addition to carrying on the breeding of this rare native breed, the animals are treated with respect and kept in the wild, free to graze and feed naturally.
From here we get an  exceptional beef rib, excellent for barbeques and grills that will enhance its unique and unmistakable flavor!
