In the oven: place the plate in the turned-off oven and gradually bring the temperature to 250°C so that the plate can slowly reach 200°C-220°C. At this point, very carefully, you can remove the plate from the oven and place the food on it to proceed with cooking.

On the stove: place the plate in a pan or directly on the stove provided you use a low flame and a flame spreader. Once hot, proceed with cooking the food. During cooking on the plates, the food is salted, slightly melting the plate. Avoid thermal shocks that could cause the plate to break.

Cleaning instructions: After use, clean with bicarbonate and a damp cloth. Rinse briefly with water, avoiding immersing the plate or subjecting it to direct water from the tap. Do not use detergents. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not wash the plate if it is still hot. Dry the plate well with a cloth once cleaned.

WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE PLATE ONCE IT IS HEATED TO AVOID SKIN BURNS. ONCE HEATED THE PLATE BECOMES HOT, PAY EXTREME CAUTION.
