Ecosì Baby Nappy Change Cream works thanks to the content of Organic Rice Starch with soothing and refreshing properties which, by absorbing the moisture of the genital area, leaves the skin dry and protected. It also contains Organic Chamomile Extract and Shea Butter, with emollient and soothing properties, and Organic Barley Stem Water. The product does not contain Zinc Oxide or talc, which are generally found in common diaper change products, nor any synthetic preservatives, which often cause skin sensitivity: the microbiological safety of the formula is guaranteed by Glyceryl Caprate which, in addition to preserving the product, has an emollient action on the skin.
